When a relationship breaks down or problems have developed, it can be difficult to find independent, competent and helpful advice. Haywards can provide such advice to ensure you are informed of your legal rights on all issues at an early stage to avoid any additional unnecessary worry.
The advice you receive will meet your needs and deal with your questions on all issues that relate to your particular circumstances for example, children, housing and financial matters.
We also advise clients about the availability of public funding in all cases. We have been awarded a franchise in Family Law by the Legal Aid Agency and we are regularly audited in order to ensure we continue to provide an excellent service. Of course, we also act on a private basis for clients who are not eligible for public funding.

Residential Conveyancing & Housing Law

Court of Protection
Some people might think that to make provision for a Will at a young age is just being pessimistic, but we think there is nothing morbid about having peace of mind. A Will is a very important document, since making one can be a straightforward exercise, there is no excuse not to be protected, especially if you have recently become a homeowner, a parent or grandparent. Likewise, since we are living longer and are healthier when we retire, it’s more important to provide for the future. We can advise in this connection.
If you have been named as an Executor or Administrator in another person’s Will, there may be steps to take which require a solicitor’s advice. Likewise we can advise with obtaining a Lasting Power of Attorney (for instance to help with the finances of a relative who is ill or inform or in connection with medical decisions relating to a person’s welfare) or minimising Inheritance Tax or Capital Gains Tax.
