Louise Goodenough, Staff Partner

Louise graduated with a BA (Hons) Business Studies degree in 1998.  Following a spell working in marketing, Louise commenced her legal career in 2002 at a firm of solicitors in Bury St Edmunds.  Louise joined Haywards in 2004 and became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in October 2008.  Louise became a Partner with Fiona in December 2009 and heads up the Wills and Probate Department.  Louise specialises in Wills, Probate (to include Contentious Probate), Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Advising Elderly Clients, issues concerning Care Home Fees and inheritance Tax Planning to include Trust work. She is also a Dementia Friend and an Affiliate Member of STEP (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners). Louise is the Parliamentary Liaison/Public Relations Officer for Suffolk & North Essex Law Society.

Outside of the office Louise enjoys horse riding, dancing and yoga.  Louise is married with two young sons.


Lisa Hutchings - Trainee Legal Executive


Lisa is a Trainee Legal Executive specialising in Wills and Probate. She is able to assist in the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate matters. Lisa joined Haywards in 2009 as a Trainee Paralegal and became a Trainee Legal Executive in 2016.

Outside of the office Lisa enjoys travelling, studying and socialising with her family and friends.
