Fiona Bailey is Haywards’ senior family law specialist and has worked with Guy Wiltshear since 1988, when she moved from Lancashire to Suffolk. She became a partner at the firm in 1992. She specialises in all aspects of family and childcare work, including matrimonial finance. She is a member of The Law Society’s Family and Children Panels, as well as Resolution, formerly known as The Solicitors Family Law Association. |

Polly Dove graduated with an LLB (Hons) Degree in Law in 2004. As a Trainee Solicitor, Polly worked with a firm in Haverhill for two years from September 2005 and joined Haywards in October 2007 following her admission as a Solicitor. Polly specialises in the field of Family Law and deals with all types of matrimonial problems including financial and children difficulties and co-habitee disputes.

John Simpson has worked in the field of matrimonial and family law for a period of some 28 years. Having commenced his legal career in London, he has spent most of his working life in Suffolk with firms in Bury St. Edmunds and Ipswich. John has considerable expertise in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, particularly dealing with divorce and connected ancillary matters relating to children and finance. In addition, John deals with separation, pre-marital and cohabitation work often in relation to the preparation of Agreements covering these aspects of the law. John is a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives and is also a Member of Resolution (formerly The Solicitors Family Law Association)
