Fiona Bailey, Senior and Managing Partner

Fiona Bailey is a solicitor who qualified in 1988. She is the Senior and Managing Partner. Fiona is a specialist Child Care and Family Solicitor. She undertakes all her own advocacy work representing clients in complicated and lengthy court cases ensuring continuity of representation. Fiona is also co-Parliamentary Liaison/Public Relations Officer for Suffolk & North Essex Law Society with Louise Goodenough.

In her free time Fiona enjoys gardening and walking with her family. Fiona is married with one son.

     
   

 

     
 

Val Dunne - Chartered Legal Executive

Val Dunne is a Chartered Legal Executive qualifying in 1998. She has experience in all aspects of Family Law but currently works primarily in Child Care. She has experience working for parents, children and the Local Authority. She undertakes all her own Advocacy including representation in contested hearings which provides clients with continuity. She lives in Norwich and is therefore able to work over three counties Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk.Val has been an accredited member of Resolution for nearly 10 years.

Val is a keen horse rider and has two sons and two grandsons.

Louise graduated with a BA (Hons) Business Studies degree in 1998.  Following a spell working in marketing, Louise commenced her legal career in 2002 at a firm of solicitors in Bury St Edmunds.  Louise joined Haywards in 2004 and became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in October 2008.  Louise became a Partner in December 2009 and heads up the Wills and Probate Department.  Louise specialises in Wills, Probate (to include contentious Probate), Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Advising Elderly Clients, issues concerning Care Home Fees and Inheritance Tax Planning to include Trust work. She is also a Dementia Friend and an Affiliate Member of STEP (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners). Louise is the co-Parliamentary Liaison/Public Relations Officer for Suffolk & North Essex Law Society with Fiona Bailey.

Outside of the office Louise enjoys horse riding, dancing and yoga. 

     
     
 

Lisa Hutchings - Trainee Legal Executive

Lisa is a Trainee Legal Executive specialising in Wills and Probate. She is able to assist in the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate matters. Lisa joined Haywards in 2009 as a Trainee Paralegal and became a Trainee Legal Executive in 2016.

Outside of the office Lisa enjoys travelling, studying and socialising with her family and friends.

Ingrid is a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in residential conveyancing. Ingrid was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in June 2003 and joined Haywards in 2008. Ingird heads up the Conveyancing team and became a Partner of the firm in Janaury 2015. Ingrid deals with all aspects of residential property/land sales and purchases for both freehold and leasehold property, and also transfers of equity, re-mortgages and First Registration of Title.

Outside of work Ingrid is married with two sons and enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.

     
   

Jennifer Carter – Solicitor

Jennifer Carter is a solicitor specialising in all aspects of residential conveyancing. Jennifer was admitted to the law society in 2002 and joined Haywards in 2015. Jennifer also deals with all aspects of residential property/land sales and purchases for both freehold and leasehold property, and also transfers of equity, re-mortgages and First Registration of Title

Rebecca Farrow – Trainee Licensed Conveyancer

Rebecca joined Haywards in November 2005 working as a secretary in the Residential Property Department. It was in this department Rebecca developed a keen interest in this type of work and decided to pursue a more defined career and is now qualified as a paralegal and working towards becoming a Licensed Conveyancer. Rebecca has worked in the legal profession for 32 years. Before joining Haywards Rebecca work for many years at Mullis & Peake in Romford as a legal secretary for the senior partner.

When not at work Rebecca enjoys socialising, reading, walking her dog and studying.
