Fiona Bailey, Senior and Managing Partner

Fiona Bailey is the Senior Partner and joined Haywards in 1988 when she moved from Lancashire to Suffolk. Fiona is a specialist Child Care and Family Solicitor. She undertakes all her own advocacy work representing clients in complicated and lengthy court cases ensuring continuity of representation.
Outside of the office Fiona is a Cub Scout Leader, she also enjoys gardening and walking with her family. Fiona is married with one teenage son. |

Louise Goodenough, Partner

Louise Goodenough graduated with a BA (Hons) Business Studies degree in 1998. Following a spell working in marketing, Louise commenced her legal career in 2002 at a firm of solicitors in Bury St Edmunds. Louise joined Haywards in 2004 and became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in October 2008. Louise became a Partner with Fiona in December 2009 and heads up the Wills and Probate Department. Louise specialises in Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Inheritance Tax Planning.
Outside of the office Louise enjoys horse riding and yoga. Louise is married with one young son. |

Reception duties are headed by Brenda Austin, who has been with the practice since 1985. The Accounts team leader is Mary Hawkins, who joined when Haywards re-established in 1992, and who has Pam Smith as her deputy. Diane Harper assists Mary and Pam with their work in the Accounts Department and also assists Brenda on Reception. Rebecca Welham is a Trainee Legal Executive and assists the Family and Children Law Team with their work. Lisa Hutchings is a Trainee Paralegal and assists in the Wills and Probate Department. The secretarial team is headed up by Kristina Pinto who is our Secretarial Supervisor and the team members are Helen Gooding, Rebecca Coote, Karen Betts and Amanda King. |
